It features built-in yellow and green dual LED status indicators and a metal shielding structure. The core is made of UL94 V-0 grade flame-retardant insulation, high-elasticity phosphor bronze terminals, and SPCC metal shielding shell. The terminal contact area is gold-plated, and the solder legs are fog tin-plated, providing excellent conductivity and solderability. The product has stable electrical performance, high insulation resistance, low contact impedance, and meets voltage withstand requirements, ensuring stable data transmission. It also boasts reliable mechanical properties, with a plugging and unplugging lifespan of ≥1000 times, making it less prone to loosening and deformation over long-term use. The product can withstand high-temperature reflow soldering at 260°C and complies with RoHS and HSF halogen-free environmental protection requirements.
